Shipping & Handling
Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 3-5 business days – not including weekends or holidays. After processing, orders are shipped from the TGIM warehouse located in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia. If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email from Customer Support Team requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing times.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Processing takes 3-5 days (this begins next business day after you order):
Order placed > Order printed > Packaged > Checked + labelled > Handed to carrier.

Domestic Shipping - Flat rate $7.50 up to 1kg/ $15 up to 5kg / $25 for heavy orders 5-20kg
International Shipping - Flat rate $25 for orders up to 20kg.
